As a newly admitted student, you will be required to attend Utah Bound Orientation before you can register for classes. We know traveling from Hawai'i to Utah can be a big trip, that's why we're bringing Utah Bound Orientation to you!

This Utah Bound Orientation session is only open to Hawai'i residents. Throughout the day you will meet with representatives from the University of Utah who will help you navigate your transition to the U, register for your classes, and leave Utah Bound Orientation with the confidence, resources, and excitement to make your first year a great one.

Utah Bound Orientation will be held at the Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra in Honolulu, Hawai'i on June 30th from 9:00am to 4:00pm (HST). Parking, Wi-Fi, and catering will all be provided. Overnight accomodations will not be provided. The Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra, 2nd Floor, Garden Lanai and Carnation Room, located at 410 Atkinson Drive, Honolulu, Hawai'i, 96814. Parking is located in the self-parking of the Ala Moana Hotel.

Details on your Utah Bound Orientation schedule will be available in late Spring. As a reminder, you will receive emails 2 weeks, 7 days, and 3 days before your scheduled Utah Bound Orientation with required pre-orientation, parking instructions and additional information.
